CANCELLATION POLICY

We have a 48 hour cancellation and rebooking policy.  Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will result in a 50% fee of your total booking amount.

All bookings require a non refundable booking fee to secure your appointment, this booking fee is deducted from your total at the time of your appointment.

Permanent Makeup:

1. A booking fee of £50 is required to secure all new appointments. Please be aware this is non - refundable and non - transferable.

2. Your remaining balance can be paid on the day of the treatment.

3. If you cancel your appointment we require a minimum of 48 hours notice. Less than 48 hours notice of cancellation will result in a 50% fee of your total booking amount.

4. Should you need to move your appointment we require at least 48 hours notice.

5. Free retouch appointments - any cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will result in an additional retouch fee for any subsequent retouch appointments.
